Extra 2: The Father of World Wide Web

Internet is one of the most common thing that existing in people's life; it makes people's life more convenience and more efficient. People can use the internet to improve their education level, chat with friend, shopping online, make a online business meeting. World Wide Web is one of the most important of Internet, as we can see, most of the URL include the www. The World Wide Web was invented by a English computer scientist called SR Timony John Berners-Lee in 1989. SR Tim Berners-Lee was born in 1955 in London, British. According to World Wide Web Foundation, both of SR Tim Berners-Lee's parents are computer scientist, and they both participated in the development of the first commercial computer "Manchester Mark 1". However, SR Tim Berners-Lee was interesting in the train and railway when he was young. But, after he made some electronic parts to control the trains, SR Tim Berners-Lee got more interesting on electronic than trains.  SR Tim Berners-Lee were very interesting in computer and electronic during his school days. After SR Tim Berners-Lee graduating from Oxford University, he became a software engineer in CERN.  In 1989, SR Tim Berners-Lee found a chance to connecting Hyper system and internet together, he explained his idea to his manager Mike Sendall and Mike accepted. On October 1990 three foundation technology technologies (HTTP URL HTML) was written by SR Tim Berners-Lee. And, "By the end of 1990, the first web page was served on the open internet, and in 1991, people outside of CERN were invited to join this new web community."(World Wide Web Foundation) In my mind, SR Tim Berners-Lee made a very great contribution to all human. He not only promote the world development faster, but also, he makes the world closer.
